Join us for the International Men’s Day Charity Golf Day, a special event designed to bring our community together for a day of connection, conversation, and friendly competition — all in support of men’s mental health.

Held at the Ballina Golf Club, the day will feature a 4-man Ambrose format with a 7:30AM shotgun start. Players will enjoy a relaxed and social atmosphere, with breakfast on arrival, novelty holes, and a buffet-style lunch following the round.

This event is more than just golf — it’s about mateship, mental fitness, and making a meaningful impact. With raffle prizes, auction items, and guest speakers, every part of the day is geared toward raising awareness and funds for Human Nature Adventure Therapy, a local charity supporting young men through nature-based mental health programs.
