Welcome to the careers page at the Ballina RSL. We are proud to provide the premier spot in our region for food, drinks, entertainment and sports for our patrons! At the heart of our Club is our greatest asset – our incredible staff! We know that offering our services to the community would not be possible without them. We offer exciting opportunities for growth, development & learning, along with stable career pathways whilst working in a fun and rewarding environment.

Here at the Ballina RSL, we don’t just offer you a job, we offer you a future. We have multiple opportunities to upskill to Cert 4 or Diploma level in courses that are related to hospitality. You can work with us to earn respected & industry-recognised qualifications that will enhance your career prospects but we think you will love it so much that you won’t want to leave!
