I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of this competition and understand the requirements of the prizes.

If the entrant is a category winner:

The entrant is available on Thursday 25 April 2024 to attend the Ballina RSL Sub-Branch ANZAC Day March, Commemoration Service and Official Luncheon. I am available to escort and supervise them during these events.
I understand that during the ANZAC Day Luncheon, there will be a bar in the auditorium and alcohol will be served to adult attendees 18 years and older. I will attend the event with the entrant and am responsible for supervising them.
I permit the entrant to participate in promotional activities for the RSL Sub-Branch and RSL Club. I understand that photographs will be taken of the entrant and will be used for promotional purposes; including but not limited to articles, publications and social media posts.
I also permit Ballina RSL Sub-Branch and RSL Club to use the entrant’s full name, school name and photographs of them to announce the winners of the competition to the public.
I will bring the entrant to a Ballina RSL Sub-Branch meeting so they can discuss their experiences with the veterans (date to be determined).
I understand that transport/transfers are not included in the prize packages and the entrant and I are responsible for making our own way to and from the Theme Park/s.
If the entrant is a minor, I will supervise them at the theme park/s and I will enter the theme park/s at my own cost.
I understand that the Ballina RSL Sub-Branch and RSL Club take no responsibility in the event of injuries sustained whilst travelling to and from the theme park, or at the theme park itself.
