Supporting Our Kids:
Help The Ballina RSL ‘Ännihilators’ Crush Their $2000 Goal
Ballina RSL’s Team Annihilators Gear Up for the SAMSON Challenge to Aid Our Kids
The formidable Team Annihilators from Ballina RSL are ready to tackle the SAMSON Challenge on Saturday, March 1. Their goal transcends physical endurance as they aim to raise vital funds for Our Kids, a charity dedicated to enhancing health services for children in the Northern Rivers region.
This year, the funds garnered through the SAMSON Challenge will be allocated towards the acquisition of a Giraffe Infant Resuscitation and Warmer for the Children’s Ward at Lismore Base Hospital. This essential equipment is crucial for providing effective resuscitation to very sick infants while also ensuring they remain warm and comfortable, offering them the best start to life.
Following their recent spotlight on NBN News, Team Annihilators have successfully raised $1,200 and are on track to reach their fundraising target of $2,000. The community’s support has been overwhelming, and in gratitude, the team has pledged a special performance for Our Kids, having already achieved their initial goal of $1,500. Plans for this engaging performance will commence after the SAMSON challenge.
