Notice is hereby given to all Members of the Ballina RSL Club Limited that the Annual General Meeting will be held in the Club’s Auditorium on Sunday, 14th November 2021 commencing at 9.30am.
The Board of Directors for 2021/2023 will consist of seven (7) members.
Voting for the Board of Directors will be conducted at the Ballina RSL Club in Grant Street Ballina commencing Wednesday 3rd November concluding Saturday, 13th November 2021 at times set out in the schedule below.
The appropriate forms for nomination by members for election to the Board will become available from the Level One Functions Office of the RSL Club in Grant Street Ballina from 10am Thursday 30th September 2021. Nomination forms duly completed must be handed to the office of the Chief Executive Officer/Company Secretary no later than 12 noon Saturday, 23rd October 2021.

The following Board election voting days and times are subject to any COVID-19 restrictions that may be imposed by the Federal or State Governments which prevent members attending the Club’s premises. If any new COVID-19 restrictions are imposed, then the Club will place a notice on its website about any changes. Members should regularly check the Club’s website here regarding any COVID-19 restrictions which affect the following voting dates and times.
