Federal Blues Inc. was formed in early January 2014 – a band drawn together by the shared love of The Blues. As the players are based around Federal (a Byron Bay hinterland village), the name came naturally. The band members are Tommy Cuyler, Soren (Soz) Carlbergg, Steve Foster, Martin Muller.
FBI plays a wide selection of Blues material, drawing from the old masters such as Muddy Waters, BB King, Bobby Bland, Lowell Fulson, Freddie King and others through to some of the more contemporary artists like Eric Clapton, Gary Clark Jnr, Joe Louis Walker and Robben Ford.
