Elizabeth’s voice is reminiscent of the great song-stylists of popular music’s ‘golden age’ Delivering a stellar performance that is at once classy and feisty, Elizabeth’s emotional range, coupled with a torchy, seductive flair from ballads to swing, brasilian bossas and the blues, lifts this woman beyond the ordinary.
“Elizabeth Lord and Leigh James have a synergistic quality to their music. Their love of song bubbles up from within and explodes into the atmosphere. Singing songs from the heart, their music is self-reflective, in step with life and ever-expanding with hope and possibilities.”
