Named “Entertainer of the Year” by the Northern Star, Brian had a busy 2017 starring in four major theatrical productions which resulted in two nominations for the Gold Coast Theatre Awards at the end of last year.
In addition to that, he accompanied a show on the keyboard and was a regular featured guest singer, pianist and trumpet player with popular 3 piece band, Sophistication.
Brian honed his piano and vocal skills touring for several years on cruise ships in Australia, Singapore & the USA and held residency as a pianist/singer for several years at two of London’s Hilton Hotels and luxury resorts across Europe.
With a degree in music education, Brian teachers at Xavier Catholic College and also teaches privately.
When not acting, playing or singing, he runs a successful photography business shooting wedding and family portraits across the Northern Rivers.
Narelle has been playing piano and singing for many years and performed in lots of countries around the world. The Sydney Conservatorium of N.S.W. is where Narelle did her initial training which was in fact, classical piano. Narelle then moved on to playing with various musicians and also solo performances in many piano bars across Europe. Cruise ships were a regular gig as well.
The style of music that Narelle enjoys playing is classical, pop tunes, musical theatre, movie themes and swing tunes. Narelle currently performs with a trio called “Dean Doyle with Sophistication”, they have been performing together for 10 years.
