Antipasto- cocktail style

  • Parma ham, rockmelon, rocket, balsamic
  • Calamari fritti with herb mayo and chilli salt

 

Roasted cherry tomato focaccia with olive oil and balsamic on the table

Primi

  • ‘Byron gourmet pasta’s’ mint and ricotta ravioli, with local prawns, chilli, lemon, rocket and parmesan
  • Baked Gnocchi with pumpkin, spinach, pinenuts and parmesan

Secondi

  • Nonna’s Slow braised osso bucco in tomato, caper and eggplant sauce

Contorni

  • Steamed greens with pesto
  • Saffron risotto with salsa verde and lemon.

Dolci

  • Nonna’s Tiramisu with hazelnut biscotti and strawberries with aged balsamic
