- Parma ham, rockmelon, rocket, balsamic
- Calamari fritti with herb mayo and chilli salt
Roasted cherry tomato focaccia with olive oil and balsamic on the table
- ‘Byron gourmet pasta’s’ mint and ricotta ravioli, with local prawns, chilli, lemon, rocket and parmesan
- Baked Gnocchi with pumpkin, spinach, pinenuts and parmesan
- Nonna’s Slow braised osso bucco in tomato, caper and eggplant sauce
