Our Sous Chef Jérémie Messager was born, raised and began his cooking career in the French Alps. He worked in kitchens all over the world before making the Northern Rivers his home.
Jérémie and Blake have a French-inspired 4-course menu based around traditional French recipes using our incredible local ingredients sourced from the Northern Rivers that all will enjoy and of course there will be sparkling on arrival!
