COVID-19 Entry Restrictions
NSW HEALTH ANNOUNCEMENT – 21 SEPTEMBER 2021
Patrons attending the club who have travelled from OR reside in Greater Sydney and regional Local Government Areas (LGA’s) areas listed below will NOT be allowed to enter the club premises during this time.
Areas of Regional NSW remaining in lockdown –
Bathurst, Bega, Blayney, Bogan, Bourke, Broken Hill, Byron Bay, Caboone, Central Coast, Central Darling, Cessnock, Cowra, Dubbo, Dungog, Eurobodalla, Forbes, Glen Innes, Goulburn, Mulwarre, Kempsey, Kiama, Lake Macquarie, Lithgow, Maitland, Mid-Coast, Mid-Western, Muswellbrook, Narrabri, Narromine, Newcastle, Orange, Parkes, Port Stephens, Queanbeyan – Palerang, Shellharbour, Shoalhaven, Singleton, Snowy Monaro, Upper Hunter, Walgett, Wingecarribee, Yass

Restrictions are in place for Metropolitan Melbourne, Ballarat , Geelong, Surf Coast and Mitchell until 11.59pm on Wednesday, 22 September
Patrons attending the club presenting Victorian ID from these residential areas will NOT be allowed entry to the Ballina RSL Club.
- Hospitality venues can reopen subject to one person per 4sqm inside and one person per 2sqm outside, with standing while drinking permitted outside.
- Masks will remain mandatory for all indoor public venues, including public transport, front-of-house hospitality, retail and business premises, on planes and at airports.
- Children aged under 12 will not need to wear a mask indoors.
