Position Available | Role Description |
---|---|
Sous Chef | Our ideal candidate would: • Have a Commercial Cookery Cert 3/4 • Have at least 5 years’ cooking experience • Be experienced in production, food preparation and stock rotation • Have experience in menu planning, costing and implementation • Be competent leading and mentoring a team of like-minded chefs • Be able to work a roster that will include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays. You will also need to be able to demonstrate your: • Ability to remain calm, patient and professional even when the pressure is on • Passion for food, presentation and quality standards • Sound knowledge of food safety standards and adhering to WHS requirements |
Café Supervisor | To be successful in this role you will be mature minded, have loads of experience and the skill set to be able to: • Provide an excellent standard of Customer Service to all our members & guests • Make great coffee • Supervise staff and provide timely feedback as appropriate • Liaise with Club Supervisors to ensure that appropriate coverage and service levels are maintained • Contribute positively to our culture of teamwork and collaboration • Cope well under pressure • Do all of the tasks (big and small) that make a great leader • Display a ‘can do’ attitude |
Bar / Gaming Staff | To be successful, you will: • Previous Bar & Gaming experience preferred however in house training will be supplied. • Genuinely enjoy interacting with patrons of all demographics and have high customer service skills • Have the ability to remain calm and adaptable whilst working in a fast-paced environment • Always demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, contribute to a positive workplace culture and supportive environment • Willing to learn and develop your skills • Must have current RSA and/or RCG. |
